Macy’s is seeking a Vendor Paid Specialist to join our team. You will use vendor product knowledge and strong selling skills to drive revenue and create an enhanced shopping experience for customers.

Full-time role; hours depend on business needs, typically 30+ hours per week. You will partner with Customer Experience Manager and vendor representatives to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of merchandising or retail experience.
• Ability to communicate and present information clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Comfort with basic math and use of a calculator.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable customer experience.
• Drive vendor sales from product knowledge and selling skills.
• Partner with Customer Experience Manager to identify business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and keep the store environment welcoming.
• Educate customers to help them make informed choices.
• Maintain readiness standards and assist with shortages prevention.
• Perform other vendor-specific duties as needed.
