Qualifications

• Experience in managing and administering third‑party software to optimize its benefits.
• Must earn OneTrust system certification within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on the company’s third‑party vendor management software.
• Translate requirements from stakeholders into meaningful use of the software platform.
• Administer and maintain OneTrust TPRM and any future vendor management platforms.
• Support configuration updates, user access management, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot platform issues in coordination with OneTrust or future platform support.
• Ensure accurate ingestion of D&B data into vendor profiles.
• Develop dashboards and reporting outputs to track vendor risk ratings and due diligence status.
• Assist in risk assessments and remediation workflows.
