Qualifications

• 5+ years of vendor management, procurement or field-operations experience.
• Strong financial controls and invoice auditing experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Operations vendor strategy aligned with demand and capacity.
• Identify and onboard competitive vendor alternatives for field activities.
• Lead pricing negotiations and benchmark costs to improve unit economics.
• Establish vendor invoice-validation controls and resolve discrepancies.
• Own vendor quality governance and drive corrective actions.
• Create and maintain vendor scorecards with SLA and quality measures.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Define corrective-action plans and determine workload changes.
