Job summary

enGen seeks an experienced operations and vendor management professional to oversee external vendors, ensuring performance and SLA compliance. The role collaborates with client relationships, procurement, and finance to optimize contracts and budgets in a hybrid Pittsburgh setting.

You will guide vendor strategy, manage escalations, and support governance structures, with a focus on cost control, process improvements, and effective cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years in Vendor Management, Vendor Operations, Financial Reporting or Budget Management.
• Preference for Health Care industry experience and project management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external vendors and ensure work quality aligns with contracts and SLAs.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and support governance and contract negotiations.
• Address escalated vendor requests and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with procurement on contract development and renewals.
• Ensure budget accuracy, PO compliance, and monthly variance reporting.
• Lead development of vendor strategy and operating models for collaboration.
