Job summary

3MD Inc. in Redmond, WA is seeking a Vendor Manager to own and operate the performance management function across the company’s subcontractor network.

You will build and maintain vendor scorecards, define SLA frameworks, and lead regular performance reviews with key partners to drive continuous improvement. The role requires designing dashboards, monitoring KPI trends, and coordinating with onboarding, governance, and field operations to ensure quality delivery and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of vendor management, supplier performance, or field services operations
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative and cross‑functional environment
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication, actions oriented

Responsibilities

• Own design and operation of the performance management function within the Vendor Management Program.
• Develop and maintain vendor scorecards and KPI frameworks.
• Monitor SLA performance across the subcontractor network.
• Identify performance trends and advocate for leadership actions.
• Serve as primary PM contact for field operations and VMP team.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for high‑quality delivery.
• Coordinate with onboarding & vetting to inform contracting decisions.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and action planning.
• Develop dashboards for real‑time visibility into performance.
• Translate data into actionable improvement initiatives.
