Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst to support monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of vendor performance. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to drive operational excellence through data-driven reporting and process improvements.

The role includes conducting audits, maintaining records, developing scorecards and dashboards, and communicating findings to leadership. Some travel to vendor sites is expected; hybrid work in Evansville, IN.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, vendor management, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, or Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and monitor vendor performance.
