Job summary

Tractor Supply in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Vendor Operations Analyst who drives improvements in vendor performance metrics such as On-Time Shipment and Fill Rate to improve the Perfect Order metric. The role analyzes vendor trends, communicates supply chain requirements, and leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize processes and strengthen our vendor relationships.

You will serve as SME for the vendor compliance program, own the data validation workflow, and train teams on best practices

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office products.
• Capable of traveling to vendors and distribution facilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze, and publish vendor performance reports and insights to drive action.
• Lead cross-functional conversations to coach on processes and drive improvement.
• Own vendor compliance system, validate data, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain vendor training and requirement documentation.
• Collaborate to resolve vendor opportunities with ordering, systems, packaging, quality, and product development.
