Amazon is seeking a Team Manager, Account Management for North America within AVS NA Team of Retail Business Services. You will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for driving growth and delivering excellent vendor partnerships.

You will collaborate with internal teams to optimize product lines, merchandising, and operations, translating data insights into action to improve vendor performance and customer experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience analyzing data and driving performance.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Account Managers, prioritizing strategic initiatives and providing escalation support as needed.
• Measure performance of internal teams and impact on vendor customer experience.
• Identify actions to improve business input metrics driving growth.
• Manage end-to-end goal setting for the team to align with organizational goals.
• Build relationships with Selling Partners across the portfolio and coordinate joint business plans.
• Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and business needs for Selling Partners.
