Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year merchandising or retail experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate to customers, peers and management.
• Basic math functions and calculator use.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible with scheduling including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable customer experience.
• Drive vendor sales by strong selling skills.
• Partner with Customer Experience Manager to identify business opportunities.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by keeping the customer as priority.
• Educate customers to help them make the best choice.
• Convert customers into clients.
• Maintain a clean, neat, easy-to-shop store environment; prevent shortages.
• Perform other vendor-specific duties as needed.
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
