Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct data queries, cleaning, aggregation, dashboard development, and reporting using SAS, SQL, Python, XML, R+, and Tableau.
• Perform descriptive, predictive, and inferential analyses related to contact center operations.
• Ensure data privacy compliance and complete projects on schedule.
• Create and maintain queries, logic definitions, and data dictionaries; improve Excel-based reporting through macros.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill reporting needs.
• Communicate data findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities to enhance OmniChannel and CRM platforms.
• Support reporting design and implementation with vendor partners.
• Analyze audit data to identify trends, determine root causes, and recommend actions.
• Ensure contract compliance through data interpretation and documentation.
