Job summary

IREN is a leading AI cloud service provider delivering GPU clusters for AI workloads. We are seeking a Remote Procurement Vendor Onboarding Specialist to ensure supplier qualification, NDAs, insurance, and safety verifications are completed and audit-ready.

You will own the intake and tracking of onboarding requests, coordinate due diligence with internal stakeholders, maintain the vendor risk register, and support IT/cybersecurity assessments for vendors with access to company systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in vendor onboarding or procurement roles.
• Experience coordinating due diligence and approvals with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with NDAs, insurance certificates, and contractor safety prequalification.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with high-volume requests.
• Proficiency with ERP/procure-to-pay systems (SAP/NetSuite/Dynamics 365/Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Own intake, tracking, and closeout of onboarding requests.
• Determine due diligence level based on spend, risk, and site access.
• Issue and collect onboarding packages (forms, banking, insurance).
• Coordinate NDA issuance, tracking, and execution.
• Maintain vendor risk register and monitor renewals.
