Job summary

IREN is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead capital project procurement for a new data center site, focusing on mechanical, electrical and critical infrastructure packages. Remote work option, with travel to the Texas/Oklahoma area and other sites as needed.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement, experience with large-scale infrastructure, and strong negotiation skills, with SAP experience and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Construction, Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement, including capital projects in construction or data center sectors.
• Experience with large infrastructure and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for mechanical, electrical, structural and critical equipment packages.
• Run RFQs/RFPs, evaluate proposals and support vendor selection.
• Negotiate pricing and terms; track long-lead items for on-time delivery.
• Support Engineering, Construction, Legal and Finance teams.
