Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Vendor Management Office Leader in Dallas to build and run the enterprise VMO, partnering with Real Estate, sourcing, legal, and finance to govern third‑party relationships. You’ll implement standardized processes, drive performance with KPIs/SLAs, and deliver executive dashboards.

The role requires 8–10+ years in vendor management, a strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a large organization. Onsite role with a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 8–10+ years in vendor management or procurement
• Experience leading supplier governance and performance management in a large, complex organization
• Proven ability to develop and manage KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, and executive reporting

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise Vendor Management Office (VMO) operating model
• Design governance frameworks, tiered oversight, roles, escalation paths, and decision rights across the vendor lifecycle
• Standardize vendor oversight across real estate operation delivery teams nationally
• Define and maintain enterprise policies, processes, and tools for vendor performance management
• Develop and oversee vendor performance frameworks including KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, dashboards
• Lead business reviews with strategic vendors and drive corrective actions
• Monitor vendor financial performance, pricing, and cost trends
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and contract compliance
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance to monitor third-party risks
• Provide executive-level reporting and translate data into actionable insights
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve governance maturity and processes
