AT&T is seeking a Senior Vendor Manager in Richardson, TX to shape partner performance and drive customer outcomes. You will manage strategic suppliers,建立 governance, and translate priorities into actionable plans across senior leaders and frontline teams.

You will lead improvements in efficiency, service quality, and adoption of new capabilities, while guiding projects through influence rather than authority.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in vendor management or supplier operations.
• Ability to analyze performance data and trends.
• Ability to influence across multiple organizational levels.
• Experience coordinating issue resolution in a complex environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers and partners across leaders and frontline teams.
• Establish governance and performance-management routines and measures.
• Analyze results, trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate priorities into partner plans with accountable owners and outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Support adoption of technology and tools to improve partner execution and outcomes.
• Identify root causes of issues and coordinate corrective actions across stakeholders.
• Develop relationship-management plans with defined measures and actions.
• Communicate insights at strategic and tactical levels.
• Lead mid-size projects or workstreams within larger initiatives.
