Ferguson is seeking a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist to manage inventory operations directly within a customer's facility. You will oversee stock levels, daily checks, and replenishment orders while delivering exceptional service onsite.

This full-time role requires being on site Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with responsibilities including collaboration with contractors, accurate order processing, and driving duties as needed. Competitive benefits and wage range apply.

Responsabilidades

• Perform driver related duties as needed, which may include transporting materials.

Overview

The Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist is responsible for managing inventory operations directly within a customer’s facility. This role ensures accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and exceptional customer service by working hands on in the customer’s supply room.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work onsite in the customer’s inventory supply room to oversee and execute all Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes.


• Conduct daily inventory checks to verify stock accuracy, identify shortages, and maintain product availability.


• Write and process replenishment orders to ensure timely restocking and alignment with customer demand.


• Stock, organize, and maintain inventory within the supply room for efficient access and workflow.


• Collaborate with onsite contractors to provide quotes, fulfill orders, and respond to immediate product needs.


• Deliver personalized customer service through prompt communication, accurate order processing, and professional support.

• Ability to work independently onsite.

Pay Range

$21.63 - $30.26

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
