Job summary

Ferguson Integrated Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Lynn, MA site. You will monitor, stock, and transport supplies, maintain inventory, and support drivers as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing and inventory operations preferred.
• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Commitment to Health Safety and Environment policies and requirements.
• Must be able to lift objects weighing more than 25 pounds regularly.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid state license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed.
• Maintain storeroom inventory levels and timely removal of expired products.
• Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues/problems.
• Maintain accurate tracking records for inventory.
• Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines.
• Engage customers on a regular basis to ensure outstanding service with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.
• Adhere to all safety regulations including PPE usage; wear a safety harness with up to 400 lbs capacity.
• May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$20.02 - $30.03

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
