Job summary

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a Vendor Management professional to support the Enterprise Business and Technology Solutions (EBTS) VMO. You will help oversee the vendor portfolio, monitor performance, and assist with contract changes and governance for a large set of providers.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in vendor management, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to partner across functions to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 0–3 years in contract and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Assist vendor governance and performance monitoring across EBTS service providers.
• Review SLAs, performance data, and spend trends with stakeholders.
• Support contract management, audits, and documentation collection.
• Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Collaborate with VROs, contract owners, and cross-functional teams.
