Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts payable, master data, or related accounting roles.
• At least 1 year of experience working with external vendors or customers.
• Minimum 6 months supporting project work in finance or business environments.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate vendor information across company systems for accuracy.
• Collaborate with AP stakeholders to gather vendor details and resolve discrepancies.
• Research and obtain accurate vendor contact information through outreach.
• Initiate communications with vendors to collect information needed for setup.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure data is updated in systems.
• Support onboarding and qualification of high volume vendor base, meeting data quality targets.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with internal teams to overcome data collection roadblocks.
• Partner with procurement and cross-functional teams to support timelines and data quality.
• Contribute to AP and master data projects, supporting process improvements and system updates.
