BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Vendor Management Contracts Attorney to join our team in Boston, MA, with a remote work option across the United States. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating supplier agreements, advising on contract processes, and supporting firm-wide procurement and vendor management operations.

The candidate should have a JD degree, active US admission, and at least 4 years of vendor contract review experience, including data privacy and IT procurement negotiations.

Qualifications

• JD Degree and active admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with vendor contract review and negotiation.
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts related to data privacy, information security, and IT procurement.
• Strong foundation in contract management and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage change in a dynamic organization.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and AI regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, analyze, negotiate, and process various vendor contracts, including NDAs and master services agreements.
• Participate in revising and developing contract templates and negotiation principles.
• Assist in cataloging contracts and monitoring vendor performance.
• Facilitate communication among legal, technology, and business teams.
• Educate firm members on contract issues and processes.
• Identify and support training and development needs.
