Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Vendor Management Contracts Attorney in Los Angeles with a remote work option. You will draft, review and negotiate vendor agreements, support procurement, and advise on policy for contract processes.

Ideal candidates have a JD and 4+ years in vendor contract work, with strong negotiation and communication skills; knowledge of data privacy and AI regs is a plus. This role may include remote work flexibility across the US.

Qualifications

• JD degree and active admission to practice in the U.S.
• 4+ years of vendor contract review and negotiation experience
• Experience negotiating data privacy, information security, and IT procurement contracts
• Strong contract management and negotiation fundamentals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to drive change
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and AI regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, analyze, negotiate, and process vendor contracts (NDAs, MSAs).
• Develop and revise contract templates and negotiation principles.
• Catalog and monitor vendor contracts and performance.
• Facilitate cross-team communication among legal, technology, and business units.
• Educate firm members on contract issues and processes.
• Identify training needs and support development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal clients and legal associates as needed.
