Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in BI, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Strong analytical, data storytelling, and communication skills.
• Understanding of revenue, gross profit, margin, price, volume, cost, and product mix.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable reporting, dashboards, visualizations, and analytics solutions using enterprise data.
• Partner with leaders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Query, analyze, and interpret complex data using SQL and BI tools.
• Replace manual spreadsheet reporting with automated, scalable, self-service solutions.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, data mining, and trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Analyze vendor, product, pricing, revenue, margin, volume, cost, and product-mix performance.
• Develop analytics supporting vendor management, category management, and commercial decisions.
• Provide insights into customer acquisition, promotions, and marketing performance.
• Identify key drivers of performance and translate findings into recommendations.
