Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
• Experience with financial planning, reporting, BI, or data visualization (OneStream/Workday).
• Experience building reporting solutions, dashboards, and automation.
• Sales compensation experience required.
• Familiarity with SPM platforms (Xactly, Varicent) and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results including P&L, cash flow, and ROI to identify risks and drivers.
• Develop forecasts, trends, and models to support budgeting and long-range planning.
• Evaluate variances and recommend actions to improve compensation program performance.
• Research economic conditions to assess impacts on results and investments.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and executive-ready recommendations for leadership.
• Create monthly/quarterly/annual management packages for executives and boards.
• Lead cross-functional projects improving planning and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
