You will analyze syndicated and internal data, inform category roadmaps, and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive growth.

You will also build processes, lead a team, and manage lifecycle decisions, focusing on revenue, margin, and market share with a travel requirement around 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 8 years category management, sourcing, or procurement experience.
• 3 years of leadership or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of category strategies, pricing, promotions, and omnichannel merchandising.
• Oversee sourcing, RFIs/RFPs, and supplier management with governance.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and innovation alignment.
• Manage category performance via KPIs and analytics to drive profits.
• Drive data-informed decisions using internal and syndicated data and trends.
