This role can be remote anywhere in the US.

Graebel is seeking a Vendor Audit Analyst responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data related to the client’s relocation program. The role involves auditing supplier payments for compliance with relocation policies, client contracts, and approval letters. It is suitable for a junior-level accounts assistant or a recent graduate, with a blend of office and remote work.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct thorough audits of relocation service payment requests, ensuring adherence to client policies and authorizing payments within established guidelines.
2. Perform secondary audits, reconciliations, and research, and prepare adjustment letters for partially approved payments.
3. Reconcile vendor statements, monitor payments on hold, and resolve issues proactively.
4. Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders, resolving invoice questions efficiently.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $18.50-$19/hr, depending on market and location.
