Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, property management, hospitality, relocation, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment setups, breakdowns, and inspections to ensure every unit is guest-ready.
• Process vendor invoices and billing accurately for furniture, housewares, utilities, waste removal, and other operational expenses.
• Coordinate utility activations, transfers, and disconnects to support new move-ins and departures.
• Maintain organized lease files, operational documentation, and audit records to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with apartment communities, vendors, and service providers.
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Accounting, and Operations to resolve guest concerns and operational issues efficiently.
