Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking a Merchandising Solutions Associate Manager at our Tampa headquarters. The role focuses on optimizing POS inventory, managing the intake and fulfillment of merchandising programs, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely launches.

You will support procurement activities, manage coupon processes, and track program performance, enabling data-driven improvements across marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Marketing, Procurement, Business Management or Operations).
• 3-5 years in merchandising operations, marketing operations, procurement, project coordination or related fields.
• Experience managing workflows and projects across a large organization preferred.
• 3+ years supporting procurement and vendor management processes.
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite.
• 2+ years’ experience with CRM/ERP systems, preferably SAP; Snowflake.
• Experience using workflow platforms such as Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills including PowerPivot, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; creating automated documents and PowerPoint storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake, tracking, inventory management and fulfillment for local and national POS programs.
• Coordinate between stakeholders, suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure on-time deployment of merchandising materials.
• Optimize inventory utilization and reduce waste via forecasting and controls.
• Support commercialization of sales and marketing initiatives through strong merchandising execution.
• Maintain data integrity and visibility across inventory systems.
• Manage coupon requests and production processes from intake through execution.
• Coordinate timelines, barcode creation, and artwork approvals for on-time program launches.
• Monitor program effectiveness and propose improvements to enhance speed and accuracy.
• Support procurement activities for merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Manage invoice processing and vendor payments; collaborate with Finance and AP to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate multiple projects aligning with business priorities; develop plans, timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and maintain POS inventory, coupon program, and procurement reports; provide executive-ready insights.
