PTSolutions is seeking a Vending Support Specialist to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial vending machines at customer facilities. Role includes remote support from the facility, with onsite visits for installations and replenishments. Travel is limited to the area.
Responsibilities include handling service tickets, inventory management, and coordinating with Sales and VMI teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes. Some hands-on repair and scheduling duties are involved.

We’re looking for anVending Support Specialist to join our team. Working as a Vending Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role with supporting our customers’ manufacturing process & capabilities. We will provide the training needed for you to effectively & efficiently install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the tool & MRO industrial vending machines that are located in our customers’ manufacturing facilities. Vending Support Specialists can effectively support our customers remotely via our facility, but installations, inventory replenishments, and some hands‑on repairs will require an onsite visit. Travel would be limited to the area.
