Job summary

Martin Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver in Franklin, IN to support inventory, order fulfillment, and vending machine maintenance at customer sites. You will work closely with the On-site Manager to keep stock levels accurate and ensure professional service.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with on-site responsibilities including loading/unloading, inventory control, and routine vending machine servicing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in inventory management or related field.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• Pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient with ERP system.
• Maintain inventory levels with On-site Manager.
• Load and unload product at customer and Martin locations.
• Handle Vendor Managed Inventory duties.
• Fill vending machines and store inventory at client sites.
• Communicate customer concerns to branch and on-site manager.
• Perform basic warehouse tasks: picking, stocking, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, cleaning.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Become proficient with ERP system.
• Work with the On-site Manager to ensure proper inventory levels are set and maintained.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while on-site at customer and Martin locations.
• Load and unload product on-site at customer and Martin locations.
• Handling VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) duties
• Fill vending machines and put away inventory at customer locations.
• Communicate back to the branch any concerns or needs of the customer.
• Communicate with On-site Manager and local branch any concerns or needs of the customer.
• Basic warehouse functions including, order picking, stocking, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and cleaning

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory management or other industrial or maintenance related fields.
• Strong customer focus, work ethic, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• ability to operate any material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet jack, etc.)
• Understanding of Autocrib software preferred
• Technical aptitude to perform regular service and maintenance on vending machines
• Pass a drug screening and background check
