Job summary

Martin Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team. The role involves stocking, loading/unloading at customer sites, and managing vending inventory with a strong focus on customer service.

Proficiency with ERP systems and experience with on-site vendor managed inventory is preferred. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to pass a background check. Full-time schedule with standard daytime hours in Indiana.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory management or related fields.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
• Pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient with ERP system.
• Work with the On-site Manager to ensure proper inventory levels are set and maintained.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance on-site at customer and Martin locations.
• Load and unload product on-site at customer and Martin locations.
• Handle Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) duties.
• Fill vending machines and put away inventory at customer locations.
• Communicate concerns or needs of the customer to the branch and on-site manager.
• Perform basic warehouse functions including order picking, stocking, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Become proficient with ERP system.
• Work with the On-site Manager to ensure proper inventory levels are set and maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory management or other industrial or maintenance related fields.
• Strong customer focus, work ethic, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• ability to operate any material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet jack, etc.)
• Understanding of Autocrib software preferred
• Technical aptitude to perform regular service and maintenance on vending machines
• Pass a drug screening and background check
