Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a dependable Vending Service Technician to join our Robinson, IL team. You will complete assigned service calls, install, repair, and troubleshoot vending equipment and help keep customers satisfied.

The role offers on-site work, competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, on-the-job training, and benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) with company match; residency in or near Chester, IL area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service calls and work orders efficiently each day.
• Respond promptly to emergency service requests as dispatched by Customer Service.
• Install, remove, repair, and replace vending machines, coolers, and fountain equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure proper operation.
• Verify all equipment is functioning correctly before closing work orders.
• Complete equipment documentation, including condition tags for returned equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for vending and dispensing parts.
• Work safely while delivering exceptional service to customers.
