VE Solutions in Ohio is seeking a skilled vending equipment technician to repair and maintain snack, coffee, or Grainger vending machines. You will diagnose issues, replace worn parts, test functions, install components, and ensure overall quality of each unit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repairs vending machines (Snack, Coffee, or Grainger) based on sales/work order requirements
• Replaces defective parts of components and system such as tubing and electrical circuits; makes necessary modifications on machines
• Periodically overhauls machines, which may include but is not limited to reconnecting loose wires, checking refrigeration systems for maintenance of proper temperatures.
• Inspects interior of machine, checks for defects; ensures wire harnesses are tied together and checks for short circuiting and replaces line cord with GFCI protection
• Verify that all functions of the machine work properly including the following: price & test vend all machine motors, coin test machine, test operation of drop sensor, delivery bucket, and make adjustments as necessary
• Install wires, trays, coin mechs, and validators
• Troubleshooting various issues related to equipment being produced
• Ensure machine is clean and any scratches are painted / repaired
• Accountable for the overall quality of the equipment being produced down the line
• Follows company protocol to rectify poor quality
• Other duties as assigned
