Job summary

Martin Inc. is seeking a Vending Support Specialist to join our team in Indiana. You will load and unload product on-site, perform on-site deliveries within a 75-mile radius, and manage Vendor Managed Inventory duties to support our branch network.

The successful candidate will have 2–3 years of inventory experience, strong customer focus, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and the capacity to operate material handling equipment. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m., with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory management or related fields.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to drive a 26-foot box truck.
• Ability to drive a cargo van.
• Meet the driving criteria of Martin; insurance requires age 21.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (forklift, order picker, pallet jack, etc.).
• Pass a D.O.T. Physical and a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance on-site at customer and Martin locations.
• Load and unload product on-site at customer and Martin locations.
• Safely make deliveries within a 75-mile radius.
• Handle Vendor Managed Inventory duties.
• Fill vending machines and store inventory at customer locations.
• Communicate customer concerns or needs back to the branch.
• Perform basic warehouse tasks including order picking, stocking, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and cleaning.
