The role requires an associates degree or equivalent business experience, plus 2+ years in inventory management and hardware/software troubleshooting. A strong time-management and problem-solving ability is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent business experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of inventory management experience preferred.
• Previous experience within vending related business preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and/or software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish equipment for redeployment and repair.
• Test, clean, upgrade equipment and ready for redeployment.
• Handle crate recycling and process inbound crate orders.
• Reimage PCs and license returned PCs for redeployment.
• Adhere to asset tracking requirements.
• Support workflow optimization to improve turnaround times.
• Follow ES&H guidelines for e-waste disposal.
• Maintain a clean, 5S environment.
• Assist with cycle counting of on-hand equipment and accessories/peripherals.
• Participate in special projects as needed by management.
