Job summary

Continental is seeking an Equipment Deployment Specialist in North Ridgeville, OH. The role supports the installation or removal of vending and market equipment, with a Monday–Friday shift and hands-on duties across accounts.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, a valid driver’s license, and basic carpentry, electrical and IT connection skills. You will work with a team to install equipment, move gear, and ensure customer satisfaction at each site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
• Ability to interpret basic CAD drawings with measurements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepares equipment for installation at accounts and handles all installations and removals for current and new accounts.
• Basic knowledge of finished carpentry, millwork installation, electrical, plumbing and IT connections.
• Works with Managers and customers to determine the best course of action to install or remove equipment.
• Drives to locations throughout the region to install or remove equipment.
• Moves equipment from warehouse to customer site or vice versa using proper handling equipment.
• Unload and clean trash from delivery vehicle; perform daily vehicle checks and report issues.
• Sets up and operates mechanical equipment and small hand tools for installation/removal.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and test machines for customer satisfaction.
