Job summary

Continental Services is seeking an Equipment Deployment Specialist to support installation or removal of vending and market equipment at accounts. The role operates Monday to Friday at the North Ridgeville Maintenance Shop, with responsibilities spanning equipment prep, installations, removals, and on-site problem-solving.

You will work with managers and customers to determine the best course of action, drive crews across the region, and ensure safe, efficient equipment handling and testing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and DOT requirements.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with customers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings and measurements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for installation at accounts and perform installations and removals for current and new accounts.
• Coordinate with managers and customers to determine best action for installation/removal.
• Drive install team to locations within region.
• Move equipment from warehouse to customer site and back with proper handling.
• Unload and clean delivery vehicle, perform vehicle checks, report issues.
• Set up and operate mechanical equipment and small hand tools for installation/removal.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform safety checks.
• Test and fill machines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
