Job summary

Bernick's is seeking a Vending Business Manager to lead and grow our sales team across Dresser, WI and Duluth, MN. This role requires building strong teams, developing customer relationships, and driving vending growth to continue our market leadership.

You will guide sales strategies, coach staff, strengthen partnerships with customers and suppliers, and identify opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of successful sales, sales management, or customer service experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with consumable products, beverage distribution, or related industries preferred.

We’re looking for a Vending Business Manager to lead and grow our sales team across Dresser, WI and Duluth, MN. Requirements

Qualifications:
