Job summary

Bernick’s in Minnesota seeks a Delivery Supervisor to manage a team of drivers and oversee the transportation and delivery of beverage products. This full-time, exempt role starts between 4am and 8am, with comprehensive benefits.

You will coordinate routes, monitor performance, and communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. The role requires 3-5 years in Transportation & Logistics, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to lift 50–165 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Transportation and Logistics.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Manage and approve driver timecards, attendance, and compliance documentation
• Handle customer concerns related to delivery issues promptly and professionally

Job Summary:

Delivery Supervisors are responsible for managing a Team of Drivers, while overseeing the transportation and delivery of Bernick’s beverage products

Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for assigned Drivers and provide effective communication to teams

Start Time: Between 4am-8am

Requirements

• Have3-5 years of experience in Transportation andLogistics
• Have avalid Class A Driver’s License;driving record which meets Bernick’s standard
• Canlift and move product weighing 50-165 pounds
• Are ableto bend, lift, twist, while moving product off the truck
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Travel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernick’s locations, events, or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process and evaluated in relation to the requirements of the role.
• Team members in this position may be required to handle, move, and work with a variety of products, including alcoholic beverages, nicotine products, pork products, and other regulated consumer goods.

Base Compensation:

$60k-$68k
