Job summary

Cox is seeking a Zone Administrator to manage stickering, staging, and inventory across the Utah auction lot. You will ensure accurate labels, proper vehicle placement, and thorough scanning, coordinating with Lot Operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience operating manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Stickering & Vehicle Identification: ensure accurate stock number labels, sale stickers, and identification materials; verify sticker accuracy against records; audit for discrepancies; maintain compliance; coordinate corrections.
• Vehicle Staging & Lot Flow: coordinate staging for inspections, imaging, reconditioning, transportation, and sale events; prioritize placement for deadlines; monitor lot organization; optimize flow with leadership; identify bottlenecks.
• Lot Scanning & Inventory Control: monitor daily scanning; perform audits for locations and inventory; document all moves; resolve missing discrepancies; partner with internal departments for accuracy.
• Operational Coordination: assign and track daily tasks; communicate priorities and issues; monitor service levels; support auction readiness; escalate concerns.
• Safety & Compliance: follow safety standards; identify unsafe conditions; promote safe vehicle movement; participate in safety initiatives.
