Job summary

Cox Automotive in Woods Cross, Utah is seeking a Zone Administrator to ensure accurate stock labeling, proper vehicle identification, and compliant lot entry. You’ll coordinate stickering, staging, and lot flow to support inspections, imaging, reconditioning, and auction readiness.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, experience with handheld scanners, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience operating manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous Lot Operations, inventory management, logistics, or auction experience.
• Experience with vehicle tracking and inventory systems.
• Leadership, coordination, or team lead experience.
• Advanced knowledge of lot flow and staging processes.

Responsibilities

• Stickering & Vehicle Identification: Ensure vehicles receive accurate and timely stock number labels, sale stickers, and other required vehicle identification materials.
• Verify sticker accuracy against inventory records and system information.
• Audit vehicles for missing, damaged, or incorrect stickers and take corrective action.
• Maintain compliance with all vehicle identification standards and procedures.
• Coordinate correction of inventory discrepancies discovered during the stickering process.
