Job summary

Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Wash Attendant Lead in Denver, CO. You will coordinate daily cleaning operations, supervise the team, and ensure vehicles meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities include quality checks, tracking servicing needs, and proper vehicle movement through the cleaning and ready-line process. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Previous rental car experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with the Manager on Duty and department management.
• Oversee the vehicle cleaning team and ensure vehicles meet Fox quality standards.
• Perform quality-control inspections and spot checks on vehicles throughout the shift.
• Track vehicle cleaning, fueling, fluids, and servicing requirements.
• Coordinate lot setup and ensure vehicles are classified and parked correctly.
• Communicate vehicle status with Counter Leads, Manager on Duty, Fleet Production, and Operations teams.
• Identify and communicate out-of-service and non-rentable vehicles.
• Organize and maintain the Pre-Clean Car Area, wash bay, fuel line, and ready line.
• Coordinate vehicle movement from overflow lot to PCCA and ready line as needed.
• Fuel vehicles as needed and ensure keys are properly tagged and delivered to the key booth.
• Run and post the reservation manifest by vehicle class and time.
• Complete vehicle quality-assurance audits for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Return Agents to move vehicles into cleaning production promptly.
