Job summary

Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Wash Attendant Lead to coordinate daily cleaning operations and ensure fleet readiness. You will oversee the wash bay, manage staff, perform QC inspections, and communicate with managers and fleet teams to keep vehicles moving smoothly.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays, is needed, and prior rental-car experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with the Manager on Duty and department leads.
• Oversee the vehicle cleaning team to meet Fox quality standards.
• Perform quality-control inspections and spot checks during the shift.
• Track cleaning, fueling, fluids, and servicing requirements for vehicles.
• Coordinate lot setup and correct stall classification and parking.
• Communicate vehicle status with relevant teams and leads.
• Identify out-of-service and non-rentable vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and ready lines.
• Run reservations manifests and complete quality assurance audits.
• Assist with incident reporting and daily operations as needed.
