Job summary

Fox Rent A Car Inc. is seeking a Wash Attendant Lead in Denver, CO to coordinate daily vehicle-cleaning operations and ensure each vehicle meets Fox quality standards. You'll lead the wash bay team, perform quality checks, and communicate status across departments to keep fleets moving efficiently.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts including days, mids, nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills expected.
• Ability to communicate and carry out instructions from management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, mids, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Rent 2000 and rental-car operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with the Manager on Duty and department management.
• Oversee the vehicle cleaning team and ensure vehicles meet Fox quality standards.
• Perform quality-control inspections and spot checks on vehicles throughout the shift.
• Track vehicle cleaning, fueling, fluids, and servicing requirements.
• Coordinate lot setup and ensure vehicles are parked in the correct stalls.
