Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to manage vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents. You will process acquisitions from owners, handle lien payoffs, and perform title transfers to dealers while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires at least 2 years in title work, familiarity with DMV requirements, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and paid training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' title work experience.
• Knowledge of title requirements across multiple states is helpful.
• Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements.
• Knowledge of loan origination functions mandatory.
• Knowledge of state tax codes and multi-state sales tax.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Process the acquisition of titles from original owners.
• Make lien payoffs.
• Title transfers to the receiving dealership.
• Ensures accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles.
• Record and maintain new and used inventory on IDS Accounting System.
