Insight Global is seeking a meticulous Vehicle Title Specialist to review and update title inventory, validate documentation, and assist with movement and organization of physical and electronic titles in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and update title inventory records in internal systems
• Validate incoming titles for accuracy and state compliance
• File, organize, and maintain physical and digital title documents
• Pull requested titles from inventory for processing, scanning, or shipment
• Support scanning, copying, and preparation of title documents
• Package and track outgoing titles to field locations, customers, and internal departments
• Resolve title discrepancies and missing titles with state-specific knowledge
• Cross-reference title data with system information for accuracy
