Car-Mart, Inc. is seeking a Title Clerk to ensure accurate processing of vehicle titles and related documents in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will support sales and finance by handling title paperwork, lien submissions, and communications with state agencies, lenders, and customers.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential as you manage multiple transactions, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve title issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in automotive titling.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and dealership software.

Responsabilités

• Process vehicle title applications, transfers, and registrations accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and submit title and lien documentation to the appropriate state agencies
• Verify deal paperwork for completeness and accuracy prior to submission
• Track title statuses and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with management and internal teams regarding title and lien issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure secure, compliant filing of title documents
• Process title corrections and resolve discrepancies as required
• Adhere to all state, federal, and company compliance standards related to vehicle titling
