Bertera Subaru of Hartford is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support vehicle title processing in a fast-paced dealership setting. You will prepare, review, and process CT/MA titles and registrations for retail and wholesale transactions, and liaise with state agencies, lenders, and internal teams.

This full-time role requires accuracy, strong data entry, and effective communication with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous title processing or dealership support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle titling, registration, and lien processing is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document prep.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process vehicle title and registration documents for CT/MA deals and some out-of-state registrations.
• Submit completed paperwork to state agencies, lenders, and required entities.
• Verify accuracy of title, lien, tax, and registration information.
