Job summary

Northeast Finance Center is seeking a Title and Registration Specialist I to support Albany CJDR’s accounting processing operations. This on-site role reports to the Business Manager and works closely with government agencies to ensure accurate title and registration submissions.

The position requires a High School Diploma and 1+ years in dealership registration support; notary is helpful. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of experience in a vehicle dealership or processing vehicle registration paperwork preferred.
• Notary helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inbound and outbound vehicle title and registration documents for accuracy and submit them to the appropriate government agencies.
• Resolve vehicle title issues for both purchased and sold vehicles aged beyond 15 or 30 days.
• Communicate with customers by chat, phone, and email to resolve registration/title issues and clarify purchase paperwork.
