Job summary

Mills Auto Group in Hampton, VA is seeking a Title Clerk for a full-time position. You will process title work for in-state and out-of-state customers and maintain title documents.

Applicants should have strong communication and organizational skills and a willingness to learn and develop processes for titling and registering vehicles. We offer health benefits after 60 days, paid time off and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred but not required.
• Basic working knowledge of title processes.
• Willingness to learn and ability to be taught.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process title work for in state and out-of-state customers
• Organize and maintain vehicle titles/MCOs and documentation
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for title documents
• Update accounting schedules and reconcile accounts for title & registration
• Assist internal staff and customers with title-related inquiries/issues
• Demonstrate compliance with federal and state laws relating to titling and registration
