Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in general computer skills, including data entry and email communication.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high-quality customer service throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Verify ownership documents match VINs and comply with laws.
• Schedule appointments with customers and tow vendors for pickups.
• Process vehicle purchases in full accordance with laws and policies.
• Receive and record vehicles in the company database.
• Issue payments and maintain daily check summaries.
• Maintain and organize files for transfers, sales, and purchases.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
