Job summary

Radius Recycling Industries, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused retail employee to support a busy auto salvage yard store. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and maintain safety and cash-handling procedures.

The role offers benefits and opportunities for advancement through Parts Specialist and Retail Sales Lead. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, reliability, and flexibility to work weekends and peak sale days, with a proactive sales mindset and teamwork

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in retail or service industries.
• Clear spoken and written English communication.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and at nearby store locations.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and promote safety culture; wear PPE when required.
• Collaborate with team to drive goals and deliver results.
• Welcome customers and proactively assist to meet needs.
• Complete sales training and apply the Pick-n-Pull 5 Step Sales Model.
• Follow loss prevention, risk management and cash-handling guidelines.
• Know when to involve a manager for leadership support.
• Assist store operations with housekeeping and other duties.
• Uphold integrity in every interaction and transaction.
• Follow all company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
